South West and South Wales Recruitment Society inaugural event – The importance of a great candidate experience

As a company that holds the importance of great candidate experience at its core, we are pleased that Emma Campbell, our Client Relationship Lead at Mystery Applicant, will be sharing our recent findings surrounding this topic at the upcoming SW Recruitment Society inaugural event in Bristol on the 13th of June.

With the ever influential social media forum growing in popularity, it is important that businesses appreciate the implications of a negative candidate experience upon their reputation as an employer and their brand image. With 83% of candidates sharing their experience with friends and family and 64% using social media to spread the word, recruiters are under the social microscope.

Emma will be joined by two leading companies as they explain how they approach their candidate experience. Lloyds TSB’s branch network Head of HR, Sam Lawn, will discuss the banking giant’s approach to candidate care and its outstanding results. Adrian Thomas, Network Rail’s Head of Resourcing will talk us through his organisation’s unique program which recently scooped the Best Onboarding Strategy at the Recruiter Awards for Excellence.

To join Emma at what is bound to be an interesting and invaluable event, you can reserve your place here, or by emailing the recruitment society event organiser: val.hiscock@recruitmentsociety.org.uk
