What information do we hold about you and how is it collated?
Where the company to whom you have applied for employment has confirmed that you have provided your prior consent, we will contact you and request completion of a survey relating to your application and/or interview experience. We will collect and process the information that you provide in response to the survey and provide a report to the company. Data in the report is aggregated and you will not be identified personally.
We may also collect and process the following data about you:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website or filling in online or emailed surveys or other forms.
- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
- Details of your visits to our Website or web-based Services including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data and other communication data and the resources that you access.
